This week the build begins. I did my first structured workout of the season this morning with an hour on the rollers. 5 x 5x12 rev spin ups.
Base has been a bit of a disappointment with rain, plumbers and in laws topping the list of excuses. I have been getting 5-7 hrs a week in, but not enough long rides.
12 weeks till greenville so its time to get to work. And time to drop a few lbs.
